Please join us for the Alumni & Friends Golf Tournament on July 10 in Glen Head, NY. We are pleased to be holding this year's tournament at Brookville Country Club.

$500 per golfer includes a gift to the Alumni Legacy Scholarship Fund, Marist golf swag, 18 holes, cart, caddie, practice range, breakfast, lunch at the turn, snacks and beverages on the course, prizes, and an awards reception featuring an open bar.

Marist Fashion Presents "P3RS9ECTIVE" the 39th Annual Silver Needle Runway Fashion show in the Marist University McCann Center, May 9th 2025.

The Silver Needle Runway (SNR) is a student-developed and activated production that showcases garment collections from Marist Fashion’s Senior Design students. Each year, the fashion show production (FSP) class, one of Marist University’s experiential courses produces the Silver Needle Runway from concept to completion.

Doors open at 5:00 PM, with the show beginning at approximately 7:00 PM. From 5:00 PM until showtime, pre-show activities will be available in the front-of-house area, allowing the audience to walk through the space, engage with the displays, and connect with fellow attendees.

Parking is available in the McCann Parking lot, but will fill up quick. Additional parking is available in Donnelly, Beck, and the Visitor lot near Midrise.

*Proceeds from the ticket sales will go towards the Marist Fashion Scholarship Fund, which awards outstanding Marist Fashion Students in both merchandising and design*

Join the Class of 2025 for a final send off at the Senior Sunset BBQ in the Dining Tent behind the Murray Student Center. Take in an iconic Marist sunset as you prepare to say farewell (for now)!

INCLUDED IN YOUR TICKET: Full buffet of traditional BBQ favorites grilled to perfection, unlimited soft drinks, music and dancing. Sip on the new Marist IPA (available for purchase) and watch as the sunset on senior year!

  • A waitlist will be opened AFTER the event has sold out.

Marist University Graduate Commencement Ceremony. 

Graduates will process into the McCann Arena at 5:45 p.m. Seating opens at 5 p.m. All guests are recommended to be seated by 5:30 p.m.

Each graduating student may reserve up to 6 tickets to the ceremony.  All seats must be reserved by May 15. If extra seats become open, they will be available for reservation on Monday May 19 at 10 a.m. First come, first served general admission seating only.

There are two types of tickets a student can reserve for the commencement ceremony.

  • General Admission Tickets (seating is first come, first serve)
  • Accessible seating (limit 2 per student) Designated sections within general seating areas.

Please note that there is limited accessible seating on the floor of the Arena. Guests are advised that some seating in the arena is on bleachers. Some may find the climb to the upper seats difficult and may prefer to view the ceremony in areas designated for remote viewing including the Dyson Center and the Murray Student Center. No tickets are required for the indoor viewing areas

Marist University 79th Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony. 

Graduates will process onto the Campus Green at 10:15 a.m. Seating opens at 9 a.m. All guests are recommended to be seated by 10 a.m.
