End of Semester Airport Shuttles - THURSDAY, MAY 15th ONLY
*IMPORTANT* ALL TICKETHOLDERS MUST STOP BY STUDENT ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR FLIGHT ITINERARY AFTER PURCHASE. THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ACCOMMODATE ALL DEPARTURE TIMES! YOUR TICKET IS SUBJECT TO CANCELATION IF YOUR ITINERARY IS NOT RECEIVED.
*Shuttle times may be subject to change in order to accommodate the earliest flight. All ticketholders will be notified if any changes are made.*
In order to have reasonable time to provide transportation vendors with numbers, flight information, and make any necessary changes, this sale will end on Wednesday, May 7th at 11:59pm.
EVENT DETAILS:
Buses Depart from Marist: Thursday, 5/15 at 5:00 AM from Donnelly Hall arriving JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark Airports
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the bus departing
- All ticket holders will receive multiple emails reminders ahead of departure date. In some instances you may be ask to respond that you have received the email. Please respond as soon as possible
- Students are responsible for transportation to and from their drop-off/pick-up locations on the assigned date.
- This service is not intended to be a means to move items out of residence hall rooms. Please be mindful of your luggage size in order to give space for all passengers.
- When you board the bus at Donnelly Hall, please click Self Check In on your electronic ticket.

- Please note: If buses do not fill up, we reserve the right to cancel and/or combine buses in order to accommodate those who have purchased tickets.
EVENT POLICIES:
- Tickets are not transferable between student
- PLEASE USE YOUR CWID AS YOUR PASSCODE - THERE IS A ONE (1) TICKET PER STUDENT LIMIT
- Tickets may be returned prior to the trip date for a full refund by visiting the Office of Student Activities and filling out a refund request slip.
- For assistance with purchasing tickets or accessibility questions, please visit Student Activities or call 845-575-3279
- For assistance with physical accommodations (i.e. bus accessibility), please contact Student Activities at least one week prior to the date of the trip.
