Join Student Activities for a fun night of indoor climbing at Gravity Vault Poughkeepsie!
Your ticket will include transportation and the cost of your lesson and rental gear.
*Students are required to sign a waiver from the University and Gravity Vault prior to departure in order to participate*
EVENT DETAILS:
ON-SALE DATE: Wednesday, 5/7/25 - 9:30pm
Trip Date: Fri. 5/9/25
Departure Time: 6:30 PM from Donnelly Hall - Students are encouraged to arrive no later than 6:15 PM to ensure an on-time departure.
EVENT POLICIES:
- Tickets are NOT transferable between student - YOU MAY NOT RESELL YOUR TICKET TO ANOTHER STUDENT
- PLEASE USE YOUR CWID AS YOUR PASSCODE - THERE IS A ONE (1) TICKET PER STUDENT LIMIT
- Tickets must be returned prior to 5pm the Wednesday before the trip to be eligible for a refund
- Refunds will only be issued if your ticket is resold by 5pm the Thursday before the trip.
- If transportation to/from the venue is NOT NEEDED, please come to the Student Activities office located in the Murray Student Center to fill out and sign a Change of Transportation Form
- For assistance with purchasing tickets or accessibility questions, please visit Student Activities or call 845-575-3279 at least 48 hours prior to the trip date
- For assistance with physical accommodations (transportation, venue accessibility, etc.), please contact Student Activities at least 48 hours prior to the date of the trip.
