*IMPORTANT* ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST STOP BY STUDENT ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR FLIGHT ITINERARY AFTER PURCHASE. THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ACCOMMODATE ALL DEPARTURE TIMES! YOUR TICKET IS SUBJECT TO CANCELATION IF YOUR ITINERARY IS NOT RECEIVED.

In order to have reasonable time to provide our transportation vendor with attendance numbers, flight information, and make any necessary changes, this sale will end on Tuesday, November 17th at 11:59pm.

EVENT DETAILS:

Buses Depart from Marist: Wednesday, 11/25 at approximately 5:00 AM (this may be earlier due to submitted flight itineraries) from Donnelly Hall and arriving at JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark Airports *This is a ONE WAY shuttle from Marist to the Airport only*

• Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the bus departing.
• All ticket holders will receive multiple email reminders ahead of the departure date.  In some instances, you may be asked to respond that you have received the email.  Please respond as soon as possible.
• Students are responsible for transportation to and from their drop-off/pick-up locations on the assigned date.
• This service is not intended to be a means to move items out of residence hall rooms. Please be mindful of your luggage size in order to give space for all passengers.
• When you board the shuttle at Donnelly Hall, please click Self Check In on your electronic ticket.

• For day-of-trip issues, please contact Campus Safety at 845-575-3333.

• Please note: If buses do not fill up, we reserve the right to cancel and/or combine buses to accommodate ticket holders.

EVENT POLICIES:

• Tickets are not transferable between students

• Tickets may be returned prior to the trip date for a full refund by visiting the Office of Student Activities and filling out a refund request slip.
